Robin Pieterse

As an art school major, next to drawing and painting a lot, I started drawing on old plates and teapots. The obsession only grew stronger and I just kept making more and more. I found the old teapots at thrift stores or second hand websites and gave them new life with my designs. After a while a little gallery wanted to sell them. To make sure the designs were more durable for customer use, I started using a silkscreen technique, and fired the pieces in a kiln on high temperatures. Now the illustrations would last forever. This gave me unlimited possibilities and has only made me more obsessed.

I now work at a studio and have invested in two kilns, that fire all my designs. This way I have complete control over the process. I do all the work myself and I love it.
Recently I have started adding prints of illustrations to the shop which are a precursor to my new porcelain designs that are coming out later this year.

I have developed the best way to send fragile pieces of porcelain, and never experienced an item breaking during the shipping process.
I try to make my packages special by adding a personal note and wrapping it in pretty paper. I love selling my items to people worldwide and I hope they get excited when they receive something I made.

Returns and exchanges
If an item is sent using standard shipping, I will not be responsible in case of a loss. If the buyer uses insured shipping, I will send a similar piece incase of loss or breakage. I pack my items very carefully with lots of padding and I trust nothing will brake.

Some pieces may have little imperfections like the gold luster that can wear off after time. I make sure that the imperfection never compromises the piece, though items with visible chips won't make it in the shop.
I use Paypal for all my transactions, but if you wish to pay with a bank transfer (for Dutch buyers) you can contact me.
After the order is placed, I will ship the item within 2 days. The delivery date depends on the country the item was ordered from.

Because shipping gets really expensive, I have listed the items with standard shipping. This means there will be no track&trace, and no insurance.

If you want your item to ship with insurance, it's possible upon request, but the shipping will be more expensive. Let me know before ordering if you would like to upgrade the shipping method.
If the item gets lost or damaged with standard shipping, I will not be accountable. The shipping is on the customer's risk!

I do everything to pack the items super tight with lots of protection, so everything should go just fine!

Check your order for personal info like name and address. If the info is not correct, please let me know within 24 hours after the order. If the wrong address is not corrected I will not be accountable for lost items!

If you live in The Netherlands, it's possible to pick up your item at my studio. This will save shipping costs!
