The top 5 things to know before you place the order:
1. Read the listing and shop policies. Note the processing times (the time it takes to make your order) and shipping times. We ship from MA.
2. Make sure you are only purchasing from the shops you want to that are sitting in your cart. If you don't you may order things you really didn't want to.
3. TRIPLE check your mailing address in Etsy/ApplePay/Paypal before hitting the purchase button! We will not change your address once the order has been placed. If you moved-change the address!
4. We do not accept cancellations on the order has been placed-no exceptions.
5. If you have any questions ask BEFORE you place the order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW:
*We do NOT accept order cancellations once the order has been placed-no exceptions. You are placing the order through our shop on the Etsy platform and you are paying Etsy. If you have multiple items from multiple shops in your cart make sure you are only checking out with the shop(s) you want. No ordering by accident. We do not accept returns as our items are made to order! We do not refund.

*If you have an issue with an item, please contact us first BEFORE leaving feedback. Again, we do not refund or accept returns for any items that you didn't like. Make sure you are reading the listings to know how they are made, what they are made of and how long it takes to make them.

*Please do not place multiple orders with my shop. If you place multiple orders within a day or two, your orders will probably ship together and you will not be refunded the additional shipping charges-no exceptions. This has become a BIG problem for sellers!

*We will NOT change your mailing address once the order is placed-TRIPLE CHECK IT. Your address(s) on file with Etsy is clearly noted at checkout along with your payment options. YOU need to choose the correct address and make sure it is deliverable.

*If the item was damaged upon delivery, please note that our items are well packaged and if they are damaged in transit there must be documentation from USPS that the box/package was actually damaged in USPS transit.
There will always be a label and/or a bag placed over the damaged box/package.
Photos are a must for the packaging and items. Always supply these with the first message.

*Do not put any notes on the actually order asking us to rush your order or change it from how it is advertised. It will not be seen until the order is pulled(by our computer system) to start making your order. Do not message us after you place the order asking for quicker shipping. That is what the priority shipping link in the listings are for.

SHIPPING:
*We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. If you purchased the priority upgrade then it will be shipped priority mail.

*We are not responsible for miss delivered packages or packages that state delivered by USPS! If your order states "delivered" but you have not received it, please wait at least 24 hours BEFORE contacting us. Most likely it will show up the next day. It could also have been delivered to a neighbor-please check with them. You can also go to your local PO with the tracking number to locate your package. There are GPS coordinates logged buy USPS upon delivery and 9/10 buyers eventually get their package!

*If your order is tracking with USPS and is delayed for any reason, please understand this is not on us and there is nothing we can do.
In some rare instances, we will start an inquiry with USPS. *If the item stops tracking after 5 business days, USPS stops transmitting any info on the package etc.
