Shipping
Your order will be available to download immediately after payment is received.
To access your digital file(s), visit your Purchases page and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
You'll also receive a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
