Thank you so much Ann for such a gorgeous bead. The service was fantastic and I appreciated your contact with me to let me know it was on the way.

Hi my name is Ann Chambers. My background began with jewelry design and metal smiting. My newest venture is lamp work bead making which is done by melting rods of various glasses onto a steel mandrel using a torch and when desired shape and color are achieved is place into a kiln to be annealed. I love both of these mediums and named my shop Studio Solace because no matter what's going on in my life I get great pleasure and solace creating jewelry and beads with these two mediums.

Paypal or money order.
I always try to ship as soon as possible and most of the time ship the very next business day after your purchase. But will always ship within three business days. Special orders that have to be made will of course be longer but I will give you an estimate of when you can expect your order.

I do ship internationally and since it's hard to calculate shipping charges for every location I charge one flat shipping fee for all international shipping and will refund any excess charges above the actually shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed and if you are not happy with your purchase will give you a refund minus shipping cost of items returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
Bead photography can be tricky although I work hard to get accurate photos, color can vary with type of lighting and some moniters may show a slighlty different color than actual bead. Also most photos are enlarged to show detail.
