Studio Spirit & Sol grew from an insatiable desire to create and to share stories through art.

My paintings are inspired by all of the goddesses in my life-- and the powerful light that each one of us carries within us. Pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and motherhood, find their way into many of my pieces and reflect my own journey as a mother to two beautiful children.

We ship using USPS First Class mail. All prints are shipped in protective plastic envelopes with hard cardstock to prevent bending.
