I ship my paintings via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express. The tracking number will be provided after the shipment.
The artwork you purchase will be shipped in 3 business days following the cleared payment.

PLEASE NOTE that once the package leaves my hands, I have no control over the course of time by the shipping company. In rare cases, due to busyness, custom clearance may take longer. Releasing the package is up to customs, so neither I, nor the shipping company is responsible for custom delays.
I have sent hundreds of artworks to the collectors all over the world. None of my collectors have had a problem with the customs. But please be aware that any possible custom fees, brokerage fees, duties or taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Please don't forget to provide me with your PHONE NUMBER after you purchase an artwork from me. Shipping companies ask for it when sending internationally, just in case they need to reach you. I am unable to ship your painting until I get your phone number.
Please remember that your country and Turkey may be in different time zones. Shipments are made according to Turkish business hours and no shipments can be made on Turkish national holidays. I will let the buyer know if there is a national holiday on the shipment day.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns are accepted, if you are not happy with your artwork for any reason. Please contact me within three business days of receipt for return request and ship it back to me.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition within three days of delivery. All the shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility for both ways. In other words, both the shipping charges of sending the artwork will be deducted and also the shipping charges of return of the artwork will be made by the buyer. All kinds of customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, etc. are also the buyer's responsibility for BOTH ways. After receiving the artwork safely, refund for the price of the artwork will be provided.
Return shipments of paintings must be made via a TRACKABLE and SIGNATURE REQUIRED service. I will provide a refund as soon as the artwork is delivered.
I provide a full refund only if the item is damaged or if the wrong item is shipped due to my own mistake. Please DO NOT accept the package if it is damaged, claim a file and let it return to me. I am unable to provide a full refund, if the buyer signs and accepts the damaged package. Because if the recipient signs the delivery forms and takes the package, that means the shipping company has done its work and the package has been delivered safely. If the damaged package is not accepted by the recipient, the shipping company automatically covers the insurance and I can provide you a full refund.
No returns on custom paintings.
NON-DELIVERABLE OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES:
Please be sure that your address listed with Etsy is current and provide me with your phone number. If an item returns to me as non-deliverable or refused by the buyer (except the damage cases mentioned above), I will provide you a refund after all the shipping charges are deducted. If there is any additional costs billed, such as customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, they will be deducted as well. If you would like me to arrange second shipment, the buyer is still responsible for second shipping costs as well as the first attempt.
Additional policies and FAQs
• Please be aware that the colors and brightness of the artworks may slightly change due to different monitor settings. Although I take great care when preparing the photos and descriptions, such differences may be possible. Unfortunately, it is impossible to make all the photos look exactly the same on different screens.
• Watermark on the pictures was added as a copyright notice, the painting doesn't have a watermark or text like that in person.
• Photos which shows the room views are for display purpose only, may not be to scale.
