-CUSTOMS:The customer is responsible for any customs or duties taxes on the order.
Items are shipped either first class or Priority USPS with (depending on weight) including delivery confirmation and generally arrive within 2-5 business days in the US. If you would like insurance, please mention that with your order. Buyer will pay insurance.
International orders will take longer. Upgraded international shipping and insurance and any fees are the buyer's responsibility. For upgraded international shipping, please leave a message when purchasing and I will send you the cost information.
I can ship USPS Priority or Express Mail upon request for an extra charge.
Please let me know if you would like insurance on your package. I recommend insurance on orders over $50 and will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase from Studio Waterstone. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you do not love your item or if it does not fit properly, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the item and I will refund your cost (not including return shipping), exchange for another piece or adjust the size at no additional cost.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless I make a mistake on your order.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Items may be reserved on a case-by-case basis for up to one week. A small non-refundable deposit is required to place the item on hold. When purchasing, I will send an invoice for the remainder of the balance.
