星 5 個のうち 4 個This said, downloads instantly. Well, it does, then it downloads a PDF that says 5-36 hours delivery time to email. I needed this item instantly, and that did not happen. UPDATE: I had to go and create my own design faster than I received this item. I was trying to avoid this. The store did respond to me the next day and sent me the file and offered to give me several more for free for the technical issue. That is a kind thing to do but at that point it was too late.

星 5 個のうち 1 個you have to go to a different site to download the image. Then it will not let you resize it. I have had this problem with just about every design that has been downloaded from another site. Why cant they say that before I purchase the design???

星 5 個のうち 2 個Not too happy, when the listing states instant download and I needed the item pretty quick. Listing clearly stated design would be available immediately after payment is received. Instead of receiving the design, I received a download with a note stating the design would come in 5-36 hours. Hoping it doesn't take that long to receive. Probably change your listings because that is false advertising and not very good customer service.

星 5 個のうち 1 個When you order from here you receive a instant download of a letter stating you file will be ready in 5-36 hours. It has been over 48 hours and still never received file in question. Also have reached out to the seller with no reply. Highly do not recommend
