Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
14 return policy from item delivery date. Items must be returned in the same condition received. Once received I will issue the item cost refund.
Damaged jars during shipping will be replaced, a partial refund for cost of damaged jars, or credit towards another purchase.(buyers choice) Send a photograph of broken item/s for any insurance claims that may need to be made.
I will issue a refund or a replacement if its my error.
No refunds on digital downloads once its been downloaded or files have been sent. Please contact me if you have an issue with the file, I'll help any way I can.

Shipping
I ship USPS for US and International. Orders ship in 10-14 business days. Bulk orders up to 30 days.
International orders can take 2-3 months to arrive. Buyer is responsible for any shipping import/tax/duty/VAT fees due from their own country upon package arrival. You can check this site for fee thresholds in your country.

If you are not sure you can search the internet for your countries import policies/fees or contact your local government office about import taxes and fees.
International buyers, shipping is hefty, its the best price for international shipments offered. I also cannot mark as gift, its illegal and KA Styles can be fined and banned from shipping to your country. I love shipping to any country I can. :)
Local pick up I will just refund shipping or I can send you a code for free shipping fees to use during check out, just send me a message. Based in the Cicero/N. Syr. area.
If you provide an incorrect address and your order needs to be reshipped I will send you an invoice by email using Paypal to pay the new shipping fees. You wont need a Paypal account to make the payment.
