Paid Jan 28th and No item. She told me 3 weeks ago this would be sent out. BARELY any communication this time around.Very upset!!

Payment via Paypal should be made within 72 hours. If you need to reserve a listing and make a payment at a later date, this is welcomed. Please let me know. If no message is given and payment is not made within 72 hours the sale will be canceled and the items will be listed again for sale.
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. Place contact me if you would like expedited shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted. Once I receive your order back in the mail, I will refund the cost of your order minus shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
