Announcement    EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We want our customers to be happy, so we do our best to ensure that you are pleased with your order. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the merchandise because it is defective, the wrong size, or damaged, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 business days after receipt.
If 14 days have gone since your received your order, we may be able to offer you a store credit - please contact us for more details if required.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds on the following items:
• Gift cards
• Final Sale of last items
• Items that have been worn and/or used
• You change your mind
• You find cheaper products elsewhere
• Custom made, personalized, or altered products

IMPORTANT: 
- Due to custom style we offered in total more then 500 colors to choose from, different fabrics: lace, silk, satin, crepe, chiffon to choose from and sewing by your individual measurements, so the items are non-returnable. Please note that even if you order for a standard size, we will still make the dress based on the chosen color and fabric so this is custom made as well. We cannot sell this item again as this completely sewing on your measurements and wishes (color, waistband, waist, length, etc), we cannot return fabrics to the fabric store as this is not returnable product. All dresses are hand made once order is received, therefore, everything is considered CUSTOM MADE.
- Please note that a custom made item may only be returned for a refund if it contains a manufacturing defect, unless, of course, we make some BIG MISTAKE like sending you the wrong style or wrong color – something off the rails like that.
- If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund, but please contact us and we will find the best solution.
- We do not offer refunds for 'select your own color' if the look turned out to be different from what you imagined when you selected the colors. Please order sample swatches first to see colors in real before making a decision. Please note that actual fabric colors may vary from the color on your screen due to monitor color restrictions. Highly suggest that you get the swatches from us before you place your order. We are not able to be responsible for any color difference if you don’t get swatches first.
- If you didn't answer on our order confirmation and didn't give us all needed measurements for sewing your order, after 1 week waiting we will start to sewing standard sizes because we need to ship it in time according to Etsy rules and also avoid shipping delays. Make sure you receive your order confirmation and answer on all our questions about your order. Refund and cancellation don't be accepted in this case after your standard order was shipped.
- We are working with professional seamstresses patterns and can't guarantee that item will fit you 100% even with your personal measurements, but will do all our best to do that. In the case that in real the item is a larger or something needed to be altered, you can always get it altered by your local bridal seamstress, which is standard practice in the bridal industry for that perfect fit. So we always recommend choosing always the larger size to do alterations if that will be needed.
- Refunds also can't be made if the item will arrive later then you needed according to customs and post office delays - use express shipping please if you have tight time, we offer great discount on super fast DHL 2-4 days shipping.
- BRIDESMAIDS similar color shades and separate orders! If your bridesmaids choose to place their orders separately to different addresses, in that case they need to indicate that they are your bridesmaids, something like WE ARE (Name) bridesmaids. We will make all dresses together from the same dye lot. Please request the girls to place the orders close in time to each other - hopefully within 1 week, thanks! Write to me with notice 'Urgent!!' message and i will give you personal coupon code for your separate bridesmaids orders! We are not able to be responsible for any color difference if you don’t indicate in notice in order or in messages your bridesmaids and don't tell us about your bridesmaid group.

Rules of return:
To return damaged or to exchange an item for a refund, please email us with the following information:
• Your email address
• Invoice number and date of purchase
• Name of product purchased
• Reason for returning the product

Reasons for returning the product:
1 - You may request for damaged non-quality item/s to be refunded. If you would like to return to exchange the item due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part, you do not need to include payment for shipping. We will pay shipping cost, of course. But please contact us before shipping of damaged product. If you are approved for refund of damaged item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note, refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
2 - In all other cases you want to return the item we will offer only exchange of product. If the item you are returning to exchange for a different size or color that you didn’t expected, we will send you a new dress for free, but you need to cover the return shipping fee in both sides.
Upon receipt of any your return, we will inspect the item(s) before replacing them. If the item(s) are deemed unfit for re-sale due to inflicted damages which are not sellers fault, we reserve the right to not send a replacement and will ask for a remake fee 20% for buying new fabrics for sewing your new item. To be eligible for an free exchange - item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. All shipping costs associated with the return of an item for an exchange are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
3 - Cancellations. You have up to 2 days from the time of purchase to cancel any item you no longer wish to receive. Cancel of your order will be processed WITHOUT ADDITIONAL FEES only for our customers IN FIRST 2 DAYS and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. AFTER 2 DAYS we will start to preparing your order, order materials and needed accessories for manufacturing. If you want cancel your order after 2 days we will make a refund without cost of materials that was purchased for the manufacture of your order (return of materials back to the store is not possible under the law on the return of fabrics) - 20 % FABRIC STOCK FEE.

⁃ Once your package is ready to be sent for exchanging, please contact us via post (stylishbrideaccs@gmail.com) and we will provide you an address to ship order back.
⁃ Please send the item(s) back with tracking number.
⁃ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

We are sure, you’re happy to know, WE CAN OFFER EXCHANGES, but still confused that we don’t offer any returns (except of manufacturing defect). Please, let us explain why and give you more clearance about us. We are a small business that makes all orders according customer’s measurements. We don’t make a product until someone orders it. So, when you place an order, we’re making it especially for you. We buy all fabrics and materials, each single detail especially for your beautiful order and sew it by your wishes as this is individual handmade production and we want to make all perfect for our dear customers. We havent ready made standard items, so all dresses are hand made once order is received, therefore, everything is considered CUSTOM MADE. And when you want to make a return, we are truly disappointed, as we make it with love and spend a lot of money and time for each order, so we always hope our girls will be happy with their orders.

We are working with professional seamstresses patterns and can't guarantee that item will fit you 100% even with your personal measurements, but will do all our best to do that. In the case that in real the item is a larger or something needed to be altered, you can always get it altered by your local bridal seamstress, which is standard practice in the bridal industry for that perfect fit. It might even make the gown feel like new again, in a way :) So we always recommend choosing always the larger size to do alterations if that will be needed.

TRACKING PARCELS

All parcels goes with tracking, after shipping your order you will receive the shipping notification on your mail, in your ETSY account you can find your order and see the tracking number here, we ask you to do this and keep tracking your parcel, because we have many cases before that the parcels arrive and waiting in post office 30 days, then goes back to us and customers didn’t know about it. So please keep tracking it by yourself on your official city post or write us if you don’t receive your order after standard delivery 2 weeks or express DHL(2-4 days), because we don’t accept refunds in this case if you don’t pick up your parcel and we will send it again after come back your order to us.

READY MADE ORDERS ARE IN PRIOR

In the priority will be processed and we will answer on ready made orders!
If you are not sure about the size, length, color etc - make your order with approximately measurements in drop down menu and we will contact you asap to confirm the order and all the measurements in the first priority! We will confirm all details and measurements, don't worry about this, we will not start processing until not confirm all from you! So please make your orders ( left notice in order with all your questions and details!) and we will contact you asap!

BULK ORDERS?

We offer such discounts on bulk orders:
15 % more then 500$ - coupon 15BULK
20 % more then 1000$ - coupon 20BULK
We can do Custom order for you with discount and shipping or use this personal coupon code, it will be easier! Just order quantity with approximately sizes ( no matter), add coupon code to your cart and then write notice in order with all exactly needed measurements and we will contact you asap to confirm all details. If the store has a special offer - discounts are not cumulative!

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Now we need 14-30 days for production (on different items different production time) and standard shipping goes about 2-5 weeks in standard timing depends place of destination in normal timing. We do not depend and can't affect on delays during holidays and customs delays.
If you can get it faster please choose DHL Express in order processing and you can receive your order within 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS after production. Also you can order RUSH My Order and production time will be about 10 days (individual discussion).

FABRIC SHADES!

There is a nuance in silk, crepe chiffon and lace shades that if the colors or pattern in one fabric rolls in the fabric store will ends, we are looking very similar in other stores and they may then not match with your samples or previous order. We have a lot of orders and fabric store also make sales on all world, so colors fast ended. The colors and shades in the store are constantly changing depending on the theirs endings and new delivery. Tulle is often the same, but lace, crepe chiffon and silk (lining of the skirts, waistbands, silk tops, sashes, robes) goes in "collections" and ends fast.
