Shopping online can be hard--you always run the risk of an item fitting improperly, or just not making you look as foxy as you are. Because of this, I'll issue store credit if...

1. The buyer contacts me within 24 hours of receiving the item.
2. The buyer pays return shipping with delivery confirmation.

Store credit will be given in the amount of the original purchase price.

In cases where the buyer feels that an item has been completely misrepresented, a refund will be given. If this is the case, buyer must contact me within 24 hours of receiving the item, and the item must be shipped back to theStylistQuo Vintage within 3 days of receipt.

Please pay promptly. We only accept PayPal at this time, but you can pay with a credit or debit card and do not need a PayPal account to do so! If you leave nearby in fine, fine Memphis, we may negotiate another form of payment. Just ask!

Payment or communication from buyers must be received within 48 hours. However, we're always open to giving more time to those who communicate a request. If an order is placed and we receive neither payment nor communication from the buyer, the order will unfortunately be canceled! Sad face.

We can reserve an item for you for up to 48 hours. Just let me know, and I'll take care of it for you.

Tennesseeans will be charged sales tax, so we're all good and legal with state law. It will be automatically added to your order.

For international customers, please be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. For information regarding how, when, if they will be imposed or how much they might be you should contact your local customs agency.

theStylistQuo Vintage ships domestically via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation--that's pretty snappy delivery! Domestic orders are shipped every 48 hours.
International orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail International. International orders are shipped three times per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

If you need your item NOWNOWNOW, please let me know. We can work something out! Also, if you prefer FedEx or a signature required, let me know. I am your humble servant (seriously).

We do not ship a paper invoice with packages unless specifically requested by the buyer. This is an effort to go green with our business! Of course, if you'd like a paper invoice shipped with your package, that's fine too! But let me know before the item ships.
