2 out of 5 starsI really wanted to love this item. It was really hard for me to find this spice organic and from a respectable farm. However, as soon as I opened it, bugs flew out. It was horrifying.

We’re truly sorry that your order couldn’t be delivered. It was unfortunately rejected by Indonesian Customs and the Plant, Animal, and Food Quarantine Agency, and was returned to us. This situation was beyond our control, and we have already processed a full refund. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

1 out of 5 starsThis literally shipped fresh peppers in a plastic bag! If you know anything about shipping produce you know that shipping them in plastic causes gases to be trapped and spoilage to happen at an accelerated rate. This is why my peppers were sludge when I received them even tho the seller blames customs.

Since the Trump tariff regulations, all couriers have required an import permit and rejected our shipments several times. The buyer did not respond to our notification messages, even though I also informed Etsy Support about this. In the end, we managed to ship through Singapore with extra effort. The long delivery process caused the fresh product to spoil. The buyer should have realized this instead of suddenly leaving bad feedback. This is the risk of international shipping for perishable products.
