Due to the personalization and method used for making customized items; once the design is on there it’s permanent. There is no way to remove the image and reuse the item for anything else. Custom orders take more time to make and is not started until you place the order. A replacement can only be made if there’s an error on our part.

Your order will be shipped after the processing time, which can vary due to demand and season. Please refer to the listing description for current processing times. It is subject to change if and when the demand increases and if we have several orders to process along with yours. This is most likely to occur during the holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you are in doubt please send me a message and I will let you know if we are currently processing several orders. Please note: We strive to make and ship your order in the least amount of time possible.

Please contact us within 24 hours if a change is to be made. Otherwise, it is possible that your order is already in one of the processing steps and cannot be changed.

We typically do not accept cancellations unless they are made within 24 hours. You must contact us within 24 hours. However, We do reserve the right to cancel an order that we cannot fulfill. In such cases, which are rare, your money is fully refunded.

We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen. We hope you understand.

For items that are damaged and unusable due to the damage caused in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours. Send us a picture of the damage and we will send a replacement. Please note: minor imperfections can not be considered as damage. Damaged caused by buyer installation (scratches, etc.)...or other damage caused by buyer cannot be replaced.

We do not offer gift wrapping and packaging at this time but we do offer gift messaging
