Kokedama, Air Plants/Tillandsias

Prescott Valley, Arizona

Top shop for gifts.

Buyers bought gifts from this shop and gave them 5-star reviews!

Announcement    The holiday season is already upon us, and SucculentDESIGNS is celebrating 10 years on Etsy--time has sure flown! Thanks to Etsy for providing this venue and opportunity to share my succulent love, and to all of you for just checking out my stuff...

New kokedama are being made and listed daily, and now is the time to reserve for Christmas delivery--buy now and I can postpone delivery until right before Christmas.

Greetings, and thank you for looking in my shop! I've been away for a nice long vacation and the creative juices are running amok! During my retreat I decided to experiment with some new ideas before reopening, and I hope you all love my new items.

I recently discovered the art of kokedama, which means 'moss ball' in Japanese; the concept is a plant (or plants) inserted into a ball of soil, wrapped in sphagnum moss, and then secured in a clean-line twine wrap--the art is really in the twine-wrapping technique, which in turn, spotlights the star of the kokedama--the plants! I've been studying and practicing this skill with amazing results and can't wait to share this with all of you! Succulents are the special love of my gardening life Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you so much:-)
