How long does delivery to USA take?

Standard delivery to the United States takes 5-7 days. For faster delivery please contact me .

Where do your materials come from

All chopping boards and spoons are made by a third party, see individual listing for source of wood.

Who makes your designs

Designing and engraving are both done personally in the UK using a powerful blue light laser.

How quickly do you dispatch items

I will message you vie conversations to confirm the design, after this manufacture will be 1 working day with dispatch next working day.

How long does laser engraving last for, will it come off with use?

Laser engraving uses a powerful laser beam of energy to etch the design into the wood. This means it does not come off with wear so you will have it for life :) .

How long can a "Short message" be?

That is a good question, I've always been open about this as it depends on the content. Generally, a short message is three words, for example "Happy birthday Chris", "Game of Thrones" or "I Am Groot"

How long can a "Long message" be?

I've always been open about this as it depends on the content. Generally a long message is anything over 3 words but the more concise the better as more text means a smaller font, there is an upper limit but I've yet to get to that point :) . For example "To Daddy, love from Sawyer x" or "Love you, Dada, ♡ Stone" .
My longest so far is "A jewel of eternal light, unique and too cute ... Like you! ♡"
