Payment
*At this time we only accept paypal payments
*Payment is due within 3 days of purchase.
*Unpaid items will be disputed after 7 days
*If the item has not been paid for and no communication with the buyer is made within 15 days after purchase, we will close the dispute by issuing an unpaid item strike. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping
*Turnaround times are currently at 9 business days. After that, shipping time takes about 2-5 days.
*At this time we ship to all available U.S. cities and International cities. Please inquire if you would like us to ship to A.P.O addresses
*Methods: USPS
*When the payment is received you will receive notification and your order will be shipped according to the current turnaround times listed in the "Shop Announcements" at the front of the shop (Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped Monday). Certain orders require time to construct and harden for shipping.
*Packaging: You can be assured that your products will be packaged and shipped professionally and intact. Items are usually boxed with bakery tissue and secured to stop any movements that might induce breakage. Sometimes your item is sealed in a bakery bag and secured on a board. I use the method that best fits the items to be shipped.
*It is necessary on your end to specify the date of the event in the ‘seller’s notes’ when you place your order. We are not responsible if the order does not get delivered on time if you fail to do this.

*Please note that we are unable to control when USPS delivers the mail especially during hazardous weather conditions. If the package arrives late, refund on shipping fee is available through USPS on USPS EXPRESS mail only.

*Refunds are NOT available on CUSTOM ORDERS.

*In the event that we ask you to ship back an order, restocking fees will apply. You must pay for the shipping fees to ship back the order. Shipping fees do not get refunded or reimbursed.

*If you want it less than 10 postal days, we cannot guarantee it unless USPS Express shipping is purchased. USPS Priority mail does not a guarantee its delivery date. USPS can only guarantee express shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Terms: Please be sure to make your selection carefully. When you purchase any items from Etsy, it is understood that you have read the following policies. Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please consider ordering more flowers than you need just in case there is a chance of breakage. If you are concerned with the manner that the item is shipped, please convo me and I will update you with how the items are packaged and shipped. We understand that our products are non-refundable so we have tried and tested our methods of shipping and product construction to assure that everything will ship safely. However, we cannot guarantee how USPS will handle our packages. For this reason, we highly recommend you purchase insurance (through USPS). Please convo us for more details.

Conditions: If your etsy invoice and product do not match which results in receiving the wrong product, please send a 'convo'/conversation to us at our shop SugarAndStripesCo and we will make an arrangement.

If the items are very badly broken and you feel that you should be reimbursed, please take a clear photo of the complete order, meaning ALL THE BROKEN ITEMS and NON BROKEN ITEMS and send the photos in a convo to us. And you must do this before your event date occurs. In other words, if you will not be using ANY of the broken items for your event, then your case will be considered for reimbursement of the unused broken items. Shipping for these items, however, will not be reimbursed.
To paraphrase, if the following conditions occur, we can consider reimbursement:
* Severe breakage of item, meaning item was broken in several places and cannot be fixed by using our mending instructions
* You have a clear photo of the entire order; broken items and non broken items
* You have alerted us through convo (no email please, keep correspondence through Etsy) of the breakage BEFORE your event date.

Reimbursement will be as follows:
*a store credit to the shop in an appropriate amount
or
*we will remake a replacement of the broken item and send it in time for the event using either First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

*Please do not return or repackage and ship unwanted items to expect a refund. We cannot resell these items because it is considered unsafe. Please convo us and let us know how else we can help you.

*If you are unhappy with any product we made, please convo us and let us know how we can remedy the situation before leaving any negative feedback. We are proud of our customer service. Please let us help first.

*Refunds are NOT available on CUSTOM ORDERS. They are not eligible for refunds. Please consider this when you place an order.
