I primarily offer printable {DIY} designs (print them at home or use a professional print shop, like FedEx Kinko's), but I do offer printed products as well. Please check listings closely so that you are getting exactly what you need!

Once I have worked on and/or sent a proof, the order can no longer be refunded.

Payment
The Sugar Bee Shoppe accepts personal checks and Paypal. Please keep in mind that full payment is required for a proof, so I will not be able to begin work on your item until Paypal transaction is complete/check is in hand.
Shipping
PRINTABLE designs will be delivered to the email provided through Etsy, unless the buyer requests otherwise. Please note that printable designs are not physically shipped, they are high-resolution .jpegs and/or .pdf files EMAILED to your account.
PRINTED products will be shipped using USPS Priority Shipping. Please see individual listings for shipping costs.
