We love custom orders! If you have an idea or inspiration please let us know and we would be happy to turn it into cookie art. Please message us!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each cookie is individually packed (unless otherwise noted) in clear cello bags and heat sealed. Cookies may be tied with ribbons upon request for an additional fee. Gift window boxes and gift notes are also available upon request.

Shipping

Unless you have requested a specific delivery date, cookies will be made to order and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Custom cookies are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail. Shipping upgrade to express mail is available for an additional charge. We take great care to securely package your cookies. Once the cookies leave our possession we cannot be held responsible for handling by the USPS. Each package is insured so if any cookies arrive damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately. We will submit a claim through the insurance and determine a remedy that best suits the situation.
