Q: Do you offer your items wholesale, or quantity discounts?
A: Currently, I do not have wholesale pricing, but I do hope to offer quantity discount options for retailers in the near future.

Q: Do you do custom orders?
A: Yes.

Q: Does Sugardolly Dry Goods use Eco-friendly packaging?
A: Yes! I reduce, reuse and recycle. I reuse packaging whenever possible. I carefully hand pack each item before shipping with enough material to keep your item safe and without including extra packing material.

Returns and exchanges
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A:I attempt to represent each item accurately, but if your order arrives and it does not meet your expectations I will work with you. I accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Buyer pays for return shipping. I do not refund shipping charges or fees on returns. Returns will be processed through Paypal. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact me for more information.

Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept Paypal, Money Order or Personal Check. You can also use your credit card through Paypal; you do not have to have a Paypal account to do so. For help using Paypal, click this link:https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpweb?cmd=_help
If you choose to pay by personal check, shipment of your item/s will not be made until the check has cleared.
Shipping
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: All U.S orders will ship via USPS Priority mail, with delivery confirmation and tracking. Shipping rates will vary according to the quantity of items ordered. If you require insurance please mention that in the note to seller, upon check out and I will pass the cost on to you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! International customers are welcome. Shipping prices reflected on Etsy are the starting rates; final shipping rates will be reflected during Paypal checkout, depending on the amount of items ordered.

PLEASE NOTE: For all international countries, only Priority International shipping is available. Rates begin at $13.99, and orders have an in-transit time of approximately 6-12 days, according to the United States Postal Service. All packages include a label number that confirms the date that your order was shipped. Full tracking, however is not available at this time.

Sugardolly Dry Goods cannot be held accountable for incorrect shipping addresses being provided, packages that become lost in the mail or are otherwise not delivered due to postal error, or theft. Sugardolly Dry Goods cannot issue refunds for items that are claimed to be lost unless a lost parcel report from the U.S. Postal Service is provided. By purchasing items from this website, you agree to this policy. Please accept my apology for the inconvenience this may cause.

Q: Why is your International shipping so high?
A: All international orders ship via Priority Mail International, which is an expedited service. It is also a safer method of transportation which ensures that you receive your order faster, with less delays and less lost packages. This method also provides a label number that confirms the date that your order was shipped.

Q: Can you put a lesser value amount on the customs form or mark my package as a gift, to avoid having my package delayed in customs, and so that I don't have to pay duties/fees taxes?
A: Sorry, no. I do not falsify customs forms.

Q: What are your order processing times?
A: As long as an item is in stock I will ship within three business days of receipt of payment. Custom orders will take longer up to three weeks depending on the size of the order.

Q: Do you ship with insurance?
A: All U.S. orders valued at over $100 will ship insured at no extra charge. At this time, purchasing insurance during checkout is not available. The cost of insurance is not included in the shipping price. If you require insurance for an order valued under $100 please contact me and we can add the cost to your final bill.

Q: Is my order trackable?
A: Delivery confirmation with tracking is standard with all U.S. orders. Full tracking is not available for international orders at this time.

Q: Do you send out Thank You or Shipping notifications?
A: Etsy will send an order confirmation to you when you place an order from Sugardolly Drygoods. There will be a special Thank You message on this order confirmation written by me, and will include information about current shipping times. With each U.S. Domestic order, you will receive an email from Paypal which will notify you once your order ships.

*PLEASE NOTE:* Please be sure that your Paypal and Etsy shipping addresses match. If there is a conflict between the two addresses, I will ship to the address listed with Etsy, as oftentimes folks forget to update their address on file with Paypal. However I cannot be held responsible for addresses that have not been updated or are otherwise incorrect, so please verify this information before completing your purchase. Thank you!
