Orders in Wisconsin require a 5.5% tax.
All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Note: You don't need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal - it accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts!
IMPORTANT: Your address on PayPal MUST match your address on Etsy. I can only ship to your address listed on PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping charges are for orders within the continental United States; other orders will be calculated on a per order basis.
Orders are ship within 1-3 business days of payment in full.
If you would like to have insurance or delivery confirmation added, please contact me before paying so that I can adjust your invoice.
Sugar Pear Design takes great care in packaging your stationery for delivery. You may also choose to pick-up the stationery in person if you are in the Madison, Wisconsin area. If the stationery is shipped, it is recommended that all items be sent fully insured. It is your responsibility to provide the correct mailing address. If the carrier is delayed or is unable to deliver, Sugar Pear Design is not responsible in any way of such delay or for any lost, damaged, soiled, returned, broken or any other possible misfortunes and will not issues any type of credit or refund on stationery and/or shipping fees. The Client would be responsible for any and all fees to reproduce and/or reprint the stationery.
Client acknowledges and accepts that the final stationery is handcrafted and individually assembled. It is accepted that there may be slight differences from piece-to-piece. It is accepted that papers, ribbons, embellishments, etc. and final finished products may vary and may have slight differences in coloration, texture, detail and/or dyes. Many times handmade papers have small imperfections. Each stationery piece may have its own unique quality, even within the same order. The Client also acknowledges and accepts that Sugar Pear Design does not have control over the performance of various papers and can not be held accountable.
