Custom orders are accepted, just read our Additional Information section of this page.
Each item is unique and everything is sewn by hand.
I only accept payments via Paypal. This can be done by just using a credit card, you don't need a paypal account.
I will accept payments up to 4 days after purchase, if payment has not gone through after this time I will cancel the order.
Items will be shipped 2-3 days after payment although I can post sooner if it's urgent. Everything will be securely boxed and packaged with newspaper for padding.
To make the postage as reasonable as possible it will be sent using standard national or international post but can be upgraded. Due to my location, shipping to the US may be high.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given if the item is not satisfactory. If any item is damaged in the post I will do my best to recreate the product and sent a replacement as long as you cover the cost of shipping.
If the item is lost during posting I will send a replacement if the cost of postage is covered.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Any custom orders are welcome. I also accept wholesale orders.
I can make plushes in any colour and of any animal, just specify the size, colour and animal. Once I have your order, please allow a day for the product to be made, I will then put it up in my shop the next day and link it in a message to you.
Boxes can also be custom made in any size with any colour ribbon, just message me about it and allow a day to make it.
Orders can be sent to the recipient if it is a gift. I will wrap it and add a gift card with your message, just leave me the address.
