Very good customer service, we were a bit confused at first since it doesn't come stained due to food safety but they got back to us quickly (so a bit different than what we imagined it looking like) but was beautiful regardless.

A glimpse into the process of turning wood into premium quality cutting boards.

Another piece of the puzzle.
We are a husband and wife team from the Bluegrass state working together to create handmade heirloom quality engraved butcher blocks and coasters.
We are adventurers, dreamers and do-ers. We married young with big dreams and plans, one of those being that Josh wanted to start a business. The only available space we had in our small cottage to put any equipment was the corner of our soon to arrive baby's nursery. Not our favorite idea, but with no better option we started Sugar Tree Gallery amidst baby toys, a giant stuffed giraffe, and lots of hopes and dreams. Fast-forward through long months of working full time jobs, working all night long on filling STG orders, and the time came to quit our jobs and start working from home together. Since we took that leap of faith we have been able to dedicate more time to our business, meet wonderful people in the Etsy community and built a new studio!
Each board that is purchased from our shop is created, carefully inspected, conditioned and packaged all by one of us. We are so thankful to our customers for their loyalty, their feedback and kindness.
