We Love What We Do

Sughey and Ingrid met while working together for a nonprofit agricultural hub in the Hudson Valley region of New York state. They became instant friends.

Ingrid's Swedish ancestry gives her an appreciation for colorful folk art, while Sughey loves the joyful celebrations and family gatherings of her Mexican heritage. Together, they create the perfect team, full of energy and artistry to devote to your unique piñata.

All of our piñatas are eco-friendly, using recycled paper and biodegradable materials. There is no plastic or styrofoam in our creations, and our natural papier mâché blend is so pure it's actually edible! Each paper flower, leaf, and decorative detail is handcrafted with love by us.

We look forward to helping you create a spectacular, memorable event!

As a former professional costume designer, I enjoy creating beautiful garments. Making custom Piñatas puts my skills to work in a different way; a delightful challenge.

To me, no party is complete without a piñata! I use traditional Mexican techniques and an artisan's vision to create memorable centerpieces for joyful events. Also, I love what I do!

Frequently asked questions
What’s inside my piñata?

Nothing! You choose whatever you want. Small unbreakable toys, individually wrapped candy, even folding money. A favorite tradition is to invite wedding guests to put a message inside the piñata. The couple opens it on their first anniversary for a wonderful shower of memories! They may also be used as a card-box at the wedding reception.

Why are they so expensive?

They are entirely handmade, eco-friendly, and absolutely unique. Each piñata is 100% hand-crafted to your color and style specifications. From rustic to elegant, we can make it - just ask!
The cost of packing and shipping is included in your price. The USPS and other shipping companies use volume, not weight, to set the shipping rates on large boxes. We design our Piñatas to fit snugly in the box to give you the largest possible piñata with the most efficient packing. We’re sorry it’s costly... we can’t help it. If you live nearby we can deliver personally for free or you can pick it up!

You mean... I can ask for ANYTHING?

We love a challenge. Convo us with your request and we'll start the dialogue. Let your imagination run wild!
