Quality and personal touch

We are a small family business. My mother and I create coats, wedding dresses, and embroidery. My step-father makes minimalistic hand-made jewelry.

It all started a long time ago — with my mom. She has been making beautiful clothes for all her life, every single day for 20 years so far. I remember her unstitching fancy brand jackets and coats to see how that magic was created.

I caught her bug of striving to highest quality as well. We carefully choose only the best fabrics for our wedding dresses and coats. There are dozens of fabric shops in our city and every shop assistant knows me as I almost live there, looking for a perfect match.

We strive to design truly unique garments. Every embroidery for our wedding dresses is one-of-a-kind. We hand-tailor every custom order to fit our customer exactly. So that she gets a piece of clothes that is only hers.

Measurements

1. After you make the order, we will contact you to ask for your individual measurements. It is included in the price.
2. Please be careful while taking your measurements. You are responsible for giving the right numbers.
3. If you don’t tell us your individual measurements, we will use standard measurements for the size you indicate while placing the order.
4. If you took the measurements correctly, the item will perfectly fit you. In case of some discrepancies, you may want to adjust it. We are not responsible for the expenses associated with adjusting the item.

Custom orders

1. We can slightly amend all our items if you like us to. E. g. make other pockets, change the length or collar etc.
2. If you want to customize one of our items or make something completely unique, please contact me before you place the order. We will discuss everything and I will give you the final price.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
Returns and refunds — Clothes

1. All of our clothes is handmade and made to order. That is why we do not accept returns, do not exchange items and do not issue refunds after the item is shipped.
2. If you cancel your order before we ship it, we will issue a 50% refund. The rest will partly cover the material and labor cost.
3. If you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it, we will issue an 100% refund.

Returns and refunds — Jewelry

1. We accept returns for jewelry and refund 100% of its net cost (excluding delivery cost).
2. Jewelry can be returned or exchanged for another item within 14 days after delivery.
3. You are responsible for any shipping cost associated with the return or exchange.
4. We will issue a refund only after we receive the item from you.
5. If the jewelry returned is damaged or looks used, we won’t be able to issue a refund or exchange the item.
Payment
International payments are accepted via Paypal.

You don't need a Paypal account to pay this. You can pay with your credit card!

Please choose PayPal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click “Pay Now” button, system gives you the option to pay with your credit card.
Shipping
1. We ship internationally. The cost is calculated individually, depending on the country.
2. We will ship to your Etsy address unless otherwise is instructed during purchase or right after purchase. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.
3. All shipments have tracking numbers.
4. Shipments to USA, Canada, and Europe usually take 1-3 weeks.
5. Wedding dresses are shipped via UPS Express delivery. The delivery time is usually 3-5 days and depends on the country, customs, and weather conditions.
6. Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by customs. This is out of our control, and we advise that you allow some time for the item to come.
7. During holiday time (e. g. Christmas) customs work slower, so please place your orders in advance to get presents on time.
8. Customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes. Contact us before placing the order to get more information about those fees.
9. Once the item is sent, it becomes the accountability of the delivery service. We do not refund or replace items which were lost or damaged during the shipping. Also, please indicate a secure shipping address to avoid loss of theft.
