Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Your satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy with your purchase so please take the time to read the descriptions and view all the photos. Vintage items may or may not have small blemishes, slight flaws or imperfections. and I will do my best to give an accurate description of each item. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
If you have questions about anything or if there is a problem with your order, please contact me.

Returns are NOT accepted on fabric, books, or patterns unless there was an error in filling your order.

If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact me within 5 days of receipt. Any returned item must be in the same condition it was received. I will refund your purchase price (minus the shipping cost) once I receive the item back. You are responsible for all shipping charges on all returns.
Payment
We accept payment through the posted Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.(no checks please) PayPal is the preferred method. When paying with Money Order, your order will not ship until Money Order is received and cashed.
Shipping
Your order will ship within three business days of receipt of payment, possibly sooner. I ship all orders through the USPS either First Class or Priority Mail.

INSURANCE
Insurance is NOT included, but is available upon request. If you would like insurance just let me know! I do not assume responsibility for items once shipped. Please contact me BEFORE you place your order and I can add the cost of the insurance on for you.

COMBINED SHIPPING
I am happy to combine shipping for you. If you are ordering more than one item, please contact me BEFORE you place the order and let me know what you want. I can then put it all in one reserve listing in your name and that will usually save you money on shipping.

I WILL SHIP YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT PAYPAL HAS YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS SO MAKE SURE your shipping address is correct on your order before I ship off. No refunds on incorrect shipping address until the package is returned to me and refunds are minus the shipping fee. It is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to make sure I receive the correct shipping address on file.

USPS DOES NOT guarantee delivery on ANY SERVICE they offer.

I DO NOT take responsibility for delayed packages due to USPS. On occasion, a package is damaged during the shipping process, or is mis-routed, delayed by weather, or lost . This is rare, however I cannot be held responsible for the package once it is shipped. If this happens to you, please contact your postal carrier to determine how to file a claim with them to recover your package.
