Are you able to accept returns on herbal products?

Due to issues with reselling potentially consumable products we are unable to accept returns on herbals. However, that does not mean we will not work with you if you have an issue with your order. We certainly will!

Do you accept returns on pipes and other non-consumable products?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any of our non-consumable products, as long as they have not been used. If you are not happy, please do not use the item. Place the item, or items, back in the packaging and contact us for a free return label. We are also more than willing to work out other arrangements with you if you feel the item was not what you expected but would still like to keep it.
