Custom and personalized orders
I do fulfill custom requests. Please contact me for more information and quotes. Rates are contingent on workload including quantity ordered and level of detail required.
What items can't be returned?
Anything custom, on sale, or DIY kits after opening or using. Likewise, clay cutters cannot be returned after using.
Do you charge restocking fees for returned items?
Restocking fees of 15-20% may apply to any returned order as deemed necessary, to cover packaging and packing expenses, especially on larger items such as ceramic vases and planters.
