Do you accept returns?

Yes! Please notify me within 3 days of receiving your rug and please ship back within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a mailing service that has tracking. I am not responsible for lost packages. I will issue a refund as soon as I have the rug back and am able to inspect it.

**Please note that I do not accept returns on rugs or pillows sold through "make an offer" sales. All sales are final on these items**

My rug has a slight smell, what do I do?

All of my rugs are vintage pieces and are cleaned before they shipped out to you. These rugs are OLD and 100% wool so you can expect them to have a slight natural scent to them. On occasion, they might get a little musky when being shipped, especially during the hot months. If you receive a rug that smells a little musky I recommend letting it sit outside in the sun. Fresh air and sun helps kill any odors.

What is the best way to clean my rug?

You can run a vacuum over it with the brush off. If lightly saturated you can use warm water and mist the spot and pat dry with a towel. If there is a heavy stain or it is very saturated I recommend going to a local rug cleaner to have them professionally clean it for you.

I am looking for something specific, can you find a rug for me?

Yes! I am happy to find a rug for you. Please let me know what you're interested in and I will do my best to find you one :)

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Shipping times will vary depending on the size and weight of the rug(s). If you ordered a smaller rug I use USPS priority shipping (1-3 days). If you order a larger rug I typically use FedEx (1-7 days).

Do you accept offers?

Occasionally I will run a "make an offer" on my Instagram stories on select rugs. At this time, I will consider offers. Please note that I do not accept returns on rugs or pillows that are purchased through "make an offer" sales.
