If you no longer have access to your Etsy email address, please contact us to send you the access link. If made the purchase using Apple Sign In, please contact us to send you the link, as Templett™ won't be able to send you the link to your email. To avoid delays, please make sure that you have access to your Etsy email account, and you are not signing in with Apple ID. Otherwise, please reach out patiently. Templett™ is a web editor where you can edit and download your purchased templates. Templett™ has partnered with Etsy so they are automatically notified about your purchase. With Templett™ is very easy to edit your templates. You can use it directly from your browser without the need to download any software to your computer. We recommend Google Chrome™ browser while using Templett™ but other browsers will also work. If you encounter any type of while using Templett™, please contact us or contact Templett™ support at https://help.templett.com/hc/en-us. Yes, you can! You can edit your template from your smartphone or tablet. However, using a laptop or desktop computer is recommended for a better experience. Templates that contain many graphics may be difficult to edit on the phone or tablet.

Unless otherwise expressed in the produc description, you can edit text: change it, delete it or add text boxes, change the sizes and space between the letters and lines, change the font style, and its color. When it comes to the artworks, usually you can edit the size, rotation, duplicate, fade, flip, or delete them. You cannot, however, change the colors of the artworks. However, for some templates we offer the same artworks with color variations. You can also change the background color, or delete it for a transparent effect.

Absolutely! You can upload your own images to Templett™ very easily. Just go to Elements in the left panel and drag and drop your file there. You can also upload by using the blue cloud button at the top of the Elements section. Refresh after a few seconds and your image should appear in the panel. The maximum size for image uploads is 5MB.

If you haven't received your access link to your email, it can be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You already have a Templett™ account. In that case, just visit https://templett.com/login and log in with your past credentials, and your new templates will be there!
2. You were signed in to Etsy with Apple Sign In. In that case, please reach out to us patiently for the link. Find more information about this in the Instructions PDF included with your purchase.
