I'm custom blending fibers for the felted flower on this lovely angora hat!
Like a bird myself I forage my yard to feather this nest with chicken feathers, lavender and mossy twigs.
I've been blending colors on the carder in an attempt to duplicate spring blossoms in felt!

About

Making is my lifestyle

All my life I've been a maker and an animal whisperer. My mother taught me to sew, my grandmother taught me to crochet and the Arabian horses of my youth taught me to love. Through every tribulation I've always sought comfort in fiber, color, the glory of the garden and the earthly groundedness of the animals who have blessed my life.

I am raising three sons, teaching life skills and offering life coaching, raising Angora rabbits and making my art. I connect with my community through teaching, anti-GMO activism, and tailoring my fiber art to convey a message of honoring all life. I choose my materials consciously and make them myself whenever I can. With each purchase from Sundial Arts you can rest assured that you are supporting a small family business living artisan values to support a more ecologically and socially responsible future.

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within one week and we will make arrangements to restore your contentment.

There are two options:

If you are unhappy with it because it was damaged in shipping, there was a miscommunication or its just not what you expected:

~You can mail it back to us at your charge and we will replace it with the same product or a similar product of equal value. We will not charge shipping to replace your product.

If there is no way to restore your contentment with our product:

~And it is a ready made item or a made to order item (not a custom order), you can mail it back to us and if it is in perfect resalable condition, we will issue you a full refund. If you choose this option, we must receive the return in perfect condition within 14 days from the date you purchased the item in order to issue you the full refund.

~And it is a custom made item (ie. you picked the color combinations etc) you can mail it back to us and if it is in perfect resalable condition, we will issue you a 60% refund. If you choose this option, we must receive the return in perfect condition within 14 days from the date you purchased the item in order to issue you the 60% refund. Custom orders require significant time to negotiate, often the acquisition of custom color yarns and fibers and are often made to specifications that are not standard for our shop, making it difficult for us to recover the value of our time spent or to resell the unique item. For this reason we can only offer a 60% refund on custom items.
