Kate was such a pleasure to work with! She responded quickly to my questions and was able to customize the bow tie die cuts to the color scheme and sizes I needed. The paper was excellent quality and the die cuts came beautifully packaged. They worked perfectly for what I needed them for. I was lucky enough to meet Kate in person since she was local...and she is so sweet! I loved the handwritten Thank You card she included with my package...it showed how much she truly appreciates her customers and was a nice personal touch!
