If you are looking in the fused glass category, you must love glass as much as I do. I try to design each piece as beautifully as possible by studying different combinations of glass colors and designs until I come up with "just the right" combination.

My preferred method of payment is Direct Checkout through Etsy, or Paypal as I can then ship your items out more quickly, usually within 1 – 2 days after payment receipt. I also accept checks and money orders and will ship your order as soon as the check or money order has cleared the bank. If payment is not received within 7 days of ordering, I do reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item.

All jewelry is shipped without insurance, so you should contact me if you wish to insure your shipment since, once a package is shipped, I have no control over its delivery. Normally I will ship orders USPS First Class within 24 hours of receipt of payment, except on weekends. International orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment except on weekends. Please be aware that once the shipment leaves the United States, it cannot be tracked, and I have no control as to how long delivery of foreign mail will take.

AS TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/CUSTOMS FEES: The buyer is responsible for all customs fees as I have no way of knowing what these fees are and will NOT reimburse customs fees under any circumstances.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be pleased with your purchases and, hopefully, become a repeat customer, so I strive for customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please notify me, and I’ll make every effort to resolve the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved, the purchase price will be refunded. Please note that Items returned for refund or credit must be returned within 10 days of receipt as indicated on the Post Office’s “confirmation of delivery” date. Items must be in the same condition as when mailed to you. Shipping costs and insurance are not included in the refund.
