I'm Angie, owner/seamstress/file clerk/order fulfillment clerk/purchasing agent/IT support/janitor/etc for Alabaster Box Attire. My IT department is slow on listing, but the sewing department works pretty regularly. I love creating feminine items, from tiered skirts to pretty aprons and such.
Most of my items are made of new off the bolt fabrics. Those that use upcycled parts will be noted as such. These are mostly in quilting.
Feel free to browse around! Thank you for stopping in!

Care instructions
For items with lots of reds or blues, it's be great to use a color catcher (found in the laundry aisle) for the first wash or two. I tend to use them when I wash the quilts the first time, but sometimes a second time around with the color catcher is needed. This keeps the rich colors from bleeding off onto other colors and ruining the fabric.
Care instructions
For nursing covers, wash cold, cool, or warm, using your favorite detergent, and dry on low settings or on the line. This will preserve the boning in the front and prevent warping and give your cover longer life.
