I sincerely hope that my customers will be happy with their purchases, but I realize this may not always be the case. I am happy to accept an item back, as long as it is in the same condition as it was received. Refunds will be for the cost of the item only. The cost of shipping the item back rests with the buyer. I will also need to be convoed before an item is returned. I would like to think that returning the item is a last resort, and we will be able to come to some mutually satisfactory agreement before we reach that point.

At present, I accept Pay-Pal and credit cards. All items purchased must be paid for within 48 hours, or the purchase will be canceled. VT residents, please add 6% sales tax - except for food items and clothing (hats and/or scarves).

I ship by the most economical means available - this usually means USPS, which I have found to be both economical and reliable.
If a specific type of shipping is preferred it will be at the buyers cost.

I accept wholesale orders. My minimum order is $100. Please convo me with your order and we can discuss terms, delivery dates, etc... First orders are always pre-paid.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
