    As a child, I captured small moments by blinking my eyes, bottling up experiences in a library of memories. Vignettes of passing time & solitary moments. I wanted to hold that feeling forever, and the deliberate blink-of-the-eye was my apparatus.

    Michelle Spanyard grew up on a farm in Colorado where she spent her time collecting interesting rocks, wildflowers, arrowheads and coins. Many of those treasures still inspire her as she works in her Tucson studio.

  • Jonathan VanBallenberghe


    Born and raised in Alaska where he enjoyed learning about the subsistence life practiced by many of the Natives. He is a documentary filmmaker living in Tucson with a lifelong interest in wildlife and the environment. Savik is Inupiat for “knife.”

    Rose Cabat is well known for her porcelain Feelies, very narrow-necked vases with her own distinctive satin matte glazes. Rose is one of the very few studio potters with both a national reputation and international exhibition credits.

    Award winning Artist Erni Cabat painted continually up until his death in 1994. He painted in 31 countries, and his work hangs in national and international collections. Erni's paintings are gouache (opaque watercolor) on paper.

    Sharon Holnback is a multimedia artist and the owner of the Triangle L Ranch in Oracle. The 1880s historic ranch is now a bed & breakfast. It is also a haven for artists and the home of the Triangle L Ranch Land, a high desert art and nature park.

    Chad's background is Fine Arts and Interior Design. Working predominantly in woodturning, much of his inspiration is drawn from the Sonoran Desert's gnarled mesquite trees and majestic agaves, which surround his art studio. Chad is a true Tucsonan.

    Valerie Galloway's illustrations of lovely ladies are influenced by French Cinema, vintage American TV shows from the 1960's, and old family photographs. She also creates jewelry featuring vintage ephemera. Valerie resides in Tucson, Arizona.
