Frequently asked questions
It doesn't fit, can I return it for a different size?

When ordering bracelets or ankle bracelets please be sure to measure! I frequently receive requests for re-sizing because it doesn't fit. Each item is custom made so that means I'm taking it apart and re-making it for you. I do not charge for the re-sizing but I do ask that you include $3.00 in the package for shipping it back to you. You must send it back to me in a bubble envelope, items returned in unprotected envelopes will not be accepted.
Please email me and include your name, address and the new size that you require. I will provide you with the mailing address.

Can I swim with my jewelry on?

Plain water will not hurt your jewelry but chlorine (pools) or any other chemical will. Chemical or mineral residue from chlorine or salt water will remain on the jewelry's surface and continue to damage it. If you do wear it into the pool or ocean, gently clean your jewelry afterwards with a gentle soap and water to remove the chemicals/salt. Also, sun tan lotions, bug sprays, etc are chemicals!

Can I sleep with my jewelry on?

You can but it is better to take your jewelry off at night. That way you have less exposure to the oil in your skin and it will be cleaner. Also, you don't have to worry about it catching on a blanket.

Can I shower with my jewelry on?

It will not hurt your jewelry to shower BUT, MAKE SURE that your shampoos and soaps are gentle as certain chemicals can negatively impact the look of the gold or silver. If you're not sure, take your jewelry off to shower.
