Announcement   "Winter is an etching, spring a watercolor, summer an oil painting and autumn a mosaic of them all." -- Stanley Horowitz

Welcome to my shop, my name is Sally Wager I am an artist currently living in the Pacific Northwest. I have been painting in watercolor and acrylic for several years; I have graduated from the New York Botanical Garden's Botanical Art and Illustration Certification program.

I lived in the New York area for over twenty years; while in New York I was a member of the Guild of Science and Illustration and had the unique opportunity to study with some of the best botanical artists in New York. I am a national member of ASBA (American Society of Botanical Art) and a member their Northwest chapter.

Living in the Seattle area, I was able to create my own English garden which has provided me with endless hours of inspiration for my botanical paintings. Being able to express my great love of nature and my passion for gardening and then to put the wonder and beauty of it all in my paintings gives me great pleasure. I hope that you enjoy my view on this amazing world!

I can do custom orders if you contact me at sunshowerstudio [!at] gmail.com. Just send me a photo of what you would like done and we can work out the details.

I bought a custom order from Sally, and if I had to describe the transaction in one word it would be 'flawless.' Sally, the seller, is the sweetest lady I have come to meet on Etsy. I had soo many questions that needed answering involving the transaction, and she answered and followed through perfectly. I definitely recommend buying from her, and look forward to future purchases including her.

Beautiful cards - print quality good - paper quality good and each card individually wrapped to keep it clean. Good buy.

I am an artist living in the Pacific Northwest. I have been painting in watercolor and acrylic for several years now and recently graduated from the New York Botancial Garden's Botanical Art and Illustration Certification program. In addition to flowers, I enjoy painting animals in their natural habitat.
