SHIPPING TIME FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS (USA)
Orders within the USA are shipped via either USPS (3-5 business days). This does not include the time is takes for us to process your order (2 - 8 business days), and does not include weekends or holidays. The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed- as a number of factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, etc). For this reason, we are not responsible for the time in which a package travels once it has been accepted by USPS.
SHIPPING TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
Orders outside of the USA vary vastly, depending on your location. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed if they are held in customs. Because we cannot control the speed in which processing occurs through your country’s customs officials, please understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves our hands. Though delays are not common, they do happen occasionally.
Estimated Delivery Dates on International Orders:
Canada: 5-15 business days without tracking.
International: 10-30 business days without tracking.
