What items will you refund or exchange?

All items are in vintage condition, therefore, all items are sold in "as is" condition. Please read my item descriptions carefully as I sell items that show varying degrees of age and use. I lightly clean all items if necessary as some may prefer the old look. You will receive them as pictured. If you feel an item was not accurately described or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within three days of receiving your item so we can arrange a return. IF THE PURCHASED ITEM DOESN’T PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.. RETURN IT.
… Or keep it as a gift for somebody’s birthday that may be coming up, whichever option will work for you the best.

Will you barter prices or trade product? Will you reserve an item for me?

Even though I feel my items are priced fairly and reasonably based on research, item appeal, quality, condition, rarity and my investment (time and monetary) in each item, I may negotiate prices on certain items.. Just send me a message!

I will not trade products, sorry!

I will be happy to reserve an item for you for up to seven (7) days. After the seventh day, the item will be taken off hold and will be available to others again.

My item never arrived or my item arrived broken, what do I do?

I take great care in packaging your items to make sure they arrive undamaged. If something should arrive broken contact me within 3 days of receipt with an attached photo of the broken item & box and I will issue a refund.

All domestic orders ship with a tracking number. If you would like to add insurance or a signature confirmation to your shipping cost please message me before your purchase and I will be happy to accommodate you.

Please be sure your shipping address is up to date. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to me you can choose to have it reshipped at your cost or receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.

How quickly do you process an order? Do you combine shipping?

I ship all orders via USPS within 1-2 business days of payment received. However I always try to expedite your order the same day.
Please note: Purchases on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will ship Monday morning.

Tracking and delivery confirmations are included in the cost of shipping. Please be advised that international orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date as they can be delayed in customs.

Invoice is included with All orders - domestic and international. The invoice is also considered as a packing list. Please see additional info below for orders purchased as a gift.

Purchasing an item as a gift?

All Items ship without a gift box, if not stated otherwise in the item description. In case it is a gift, please select the gift wrapping option at the checkout. I will mail the item in a gift box along with a personalized note – as per your instructions.

I am happy to provide a message or personalized note with your order. Just leave instructions in a note at checkout or send me a message after you make a purchase.

I will not include invoice or receipt or packing slip with domestic "gift" orders. They are available on Etsy to print if you should need a copy for your records.
I will include copy of invoice with ALL (gifts as well) International orders - this is mandatory. Please see additional International shipping info below.

VAT taxes and International orders

I am not a VAT registered seller therefore, VAT fees are NOT included in the cost of your item or shipping. You will be responsible for paying the VAT tax and any other customs fees and import fees that may apply.

Please note: some countries may charge import taxes, customs, and fees. Before purchasing, please be familiar with your countries import policies. Superb Stuff 101 is not responsible for these fees.
My Superb Stuff 101 includes an accurate customs form with each order and will not accept returns based on duty/tax cost. I also include invoice with all my international orders. If you do not claim your parcel it will be forfeit to your local postal service and not returned to me. No refund will be issued if you forfeit your package

To countries where insurance is available, packages mailed Priority Mail International can be insured, EXCLUDING flat-rate envelopes and small flat-rate boxes. Packages sent via First Class International can not be insured. Global Express Mail Guaranteed and Express Mail International include free $100 insurance.

Your order will ship to the address you specify during checkout. If it is a gift, use the recipient's address for delivery. Please make sure the address is current and correct.

Orders may take from 1 to 6 weeks to arrive from date of shipment depending on your location and customs regulations in your country.
