4 out of 5 starsI had to message about my missing item. At that point she let me know it was in back order and I could wait for it which I agree. Second time I ask when could I expect the item I got a refund with no replay until I already had the refund which had me confused. However, she explained it all to me on her regular business hours and all the items of this store are great quality. Besides, it’s the first time she does not have something or takes long to replay, so I will definitely keep buying from Gail.
