I have worked hard to reduce my production time on handmade items to 3 to 5 business days, ready made items ship in 1 to 3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). As the sole owner of this shop, I do everything that needs to be done. When it comes to fulfilling made-to-order items, I work on orders as I receive them, and generally work 7 days a week. When there are dozens of orders coming in, it often takes a few days before I begin to work on your order. I really do understand how much you want to get your pieces, and work as quickly as I can. I truly appreciate your patience and hope that it will be worth the wait!

Shipping: I ship by mostly by USPS. My responsibility is to ship your items securely in the time frame listed and to make sure they are delivered. The delivery service provides me with notification of delivery. Your responsibility is to provide a secure location for the delivery. I will not be responsible for items that are delivered but cannot be located by the customer. Many post offices now have GPS tracking on their scanners, and they can tell you exactly where your package was scanned as delivered.

VAT or GST are NOT included in my prices. US sellers are not required to, nor have any ability collect and remit taxes or customs fees for UK or other International buyers. If your order requires that any tax or fees be paid, your postal service will bill you for it when your order arrives.

My creative life...

I've always dabbled in arts and crafts, carpentry and gardening. I'm a DIYer with a lot of creative energy. I enjoy designing and creating jewelry - but even more than that - I really love creating one of a kind components and sending them off to a new home - to become part of an another artist's creation! I have been so amazed to see some of the wonderful and unique pieces of jewelry that my customers create - it inspires me to continue growing my little shop. Some of my designs have been featured in print magazines, incorporated into jewelry artist's creations.

I also design my own line of nature-inspired jewelry and recently begun dying silk and nuno felting - a new found passion!

Welcome to my shop! I hope you take a minute to read my policies. I have put them in place mostly through trial and error. In a one woman business, I simply have to run things as efficiently as possible - so this is how I do it:

Accepted payment methods

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me by Etsy convo if you have any concerns about your order. I accept returns on most items, and refund the cost of the item upon it's return to me in it's original condition/packaging. CUT CHAIN, LEATHER CORD OR WIRE IS NOT RETURNABLE. THIS IS STANDARD WITHIN THE INDUSTRY.

Cost of original and return shipping is refunded only if an item is defective or an error was made by me.
Payment
COUPON CODES- They MUST be put in during the checkout process - I cannot go back after the order is placed and refund the coupon amount.

COMBINING ORDERS - Due to the high volume of orders, it is NOT possible for me to keep track of multiple orders to one person to combine them to refund shipping.

I am not able to do custom requests, either before or after placing an order.
Shipping
I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR ETSY ORDER. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct address. If you find after placing an order that the address is incorrect, please cancel the order and re-order with the correct address. I would love to take care of this for you and make your shopping experience easier, but unfortunately Etsy's system does not allow me to make that change when you request it, and with the volume of business I do it can get lost in the shuffle when it's time to print shipping labels.

Orders over $250 will be shipped with "signature required".

CUSTOMS FEES, VAT TAX: For sales outside the US - Be aware you may have to pay Duty, VAT, customs or other fees as designated by your own country's import regulations. You are responsible for paying those fees. They are not part of my shipping fees and I have no control over them. Contact your postal/package carrier service to find out what the fees may be.

I WILL NOT MARK ORDERS AS "GIFTS" ON CUSTOMS FORMS, or in any way alter the actual value of the package being shipped in order to reduce or eliminate VAT/Customs Fees.

PACKING SLIPS/INVOICES: In my efforts to go down a few sizes in my carbon footprint, I do not include a packing slip or invoice with your order. If you need an invoice you can print it from your Purchases listings. But better yet, save it to your hard drive instead of printing it, and you will help save a tree, too!

LOST ITEMS: I will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been scanned as delivered by the post office or UPS. If this happens the first thing you should do is check with family members and neighbors to see if it can be located. If not located then you should call your local post office - they may be able to locate it. If still unsuccessful call USPS at 1-800-222-1811

Saturday 8 AM - 6 PM ET
If you feel your package has been stolen, contact your local police and file a stolen mail report. Stealing mail is a federal crime.
Additional policies and FAQs
SPECIAL REQUESTS - please convo me to discuss BEFORE placing your order, and then include a note to seller when placing the order. I cannot accept message requests after an order is placed.

PRIVACY POLICY: As a member of the online shopping community myself, I care very much about how my own info is treated, and I treat my customer's info in the same manner I would want for my own info. I will not share your personal info (name, address, etc) with anyone. If you request to reserve an item or have a custom order I will identify it with your Etsy username only. I do not have access to your credit card numbers or Paypal information.
