We refunded promptly with an apology. This is a rare occurrence, but it does occur, and we do our best to resolve the issue right away. Since these items come from a rural part of northern Kenya, sometimes we dont have inventory handy for every scenario, and that's what happened here. Sorry that you feel hesitant to order again; we hope you'll still continue supporting women from the developing world in whatever capacity you feel comfortable doing so.
