Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
We are flexible and will always do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy!

RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

To make a return or exchange, please contact the shop within 48 hours- of your receive of the package, and send it back within 5 days after receiving and contacting us. Shipping fees are non-refundable, you will pay for the shipping return. We will gladly give refunds once we receive the item.


DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged items please notify us within 2 days of receipt. Any damaged resulting in customer cutting package with scissors and cutting garments will not be replaced.
Shipping
DOMESTIC:

We ship via USPS. Which includes a tracking number. The tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to you after the order is sent out.


INTERNATIONAL:

International shipping might take more than one week it depends on your country. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, VAT, and/or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery, are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations, and we are not responsible for those types of charges.

Importing certain stone/silver accessories may be prohibited or restricted in some countries. Please check with your country's customs office to see if there are any prohibitions or restrictions. We are unable to take responsibility if your items were forfeited at your customs due to your country's regulations.


All international orders will be shipped via USPS First-class International Mail.

LOST PACKAGES:

Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. All lost, stolen or returned packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
