Loved this notepad. It was adorably designed, excellent quality and showed up at my door almost immediately after ordering. Great job!

About

About Susabean Studios

Oddly enough, it began with a fascination of all things "bean." Then there was the love of letters and shapes, of color and texture, of pencils and paper. With the addition of an Exacto, the chaos was magically transformed into a sharply ordered focus.

Susabean Studios and the card division, "Look Who's Squawking" is a contemporary take on calligraphy and cut paper art. It is a multi-dimensional, multi-media circus -- a paper performance -- intended to engage and delight an audience of all ages. I hope you have as much fun looking at it as I do in creating it.

Hello! Welcome To Susabean Studios! Thank you for taking a look around my shop.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may send it back within 7 days of receipt, in original, cello packaging and in sellable condition. A refund or exchange will be issued, less shipping costs. Please note that return shipping is not able to be refunded.

Please contact me prior to posting negative or neutral feedback, so I can try to correct any issues.

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, let me know within one day of receipt, and I will work out arrangements with you for return/re-reshipment.
Payment
Orders will be shipped once payment is received in full. If you do not pay within 3 days of purchase, your transaction will be cancelled. Please contract me with any questions or problems, and we will work things out!

I accept PayPal and Etsy Direct Checkout. Sorry, but I can not accept personal checks via mail at this time.
Shipping
I'm SO excited I can barely stand it! So...where is my package?!

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your item to be shipped.

Orders will be shipped in a cello sleeve, in a sturdy flat mailer via USPS First Class Mail. I live on the East Coast, so it can sometimes take about a week for packages to reach the West Coast.

I am happy to ship Express for an extra charge: just contact me before you buy the item so I can make the proper arrangements.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

I will ship internationally, though I cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in Customs for no apparent reason, and transit times vary wildly. International packages can take anywhere from 10 days to 24 days after sending.

Items going overseas will be sent via First Class Mail International. Unfortunately this method doesn't always provide reliable tracking information.

Please note that I am not responsible for any customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on the package, nor can I predict what they might be.
Additional policies and FAQs
i want your experience to be a happy one! Please contact me if you are unsatisfied for any reason, rather than leaving negative or neutral feedback.
