Just found your YouTube channel and I like your style. I'll be a month behind, but look forward to using the 2023 Project Pantry Journal. I just made my first batch of ugly chicken, so look forward to using some of your recipes. I'm fixing to make some beef too, so I'm gonna get your beef cookbooklet too. Oh, as to the questions: The quality of the journal is excellent. It did match the description and my expectations were met and exceeded.
