✔ If anything went wrong, please, let me know and i will try to find ways to resolve the problem.

✔ You may return your order within 14 days after delivery (according to the tracking) if the product is substandard because of me.
You must notify me about the reason for return (within 3 days after receiving the item for approval) and I will decide should I return the payment or not.
If I decide that the product is not as described,
only then you can send the item back.

✔ Return item must be post mark within 14 days of the delivered date: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original condition and original box or package.
I will make a refund ( minus 7 USD and 10% ) only when the package back to me! Please, note, that there is non-refundable 7 USD and 10% . Buyer pays for the return shipping.

✔ If the package is lost by the postal service's fault, I'll return the money only after the official response from the ukrainian postal service.

✔ If you do not take out your package in time and it comes back, I do not refund the money for shipping and please, note, that there is non-refundable 7 USD and 10%

All my jewelry will come to you in a gift bag made of cotton fabric, sewn by my hands. Dolls, wallets and cosmetic bags are sent in a gift box for a fee.

Cancellations and money back

If you cancel the order, you will be reimbursed for funds minus bank charges.

Customer tax

I send the parcel with the track number by airmail. In the postal declaration, I mark it as a gift.

I'm at your service

I live in the GMT +3 time zone and English is not my native language. In order for us to understand each other better, I want to communicate this information: I can be in touch with you when the time is in New York from 2 am to 3 pm. In this time range in my country a light day.

Please remember: beaded jewelry can please you for many years!
