Announcement    Hallelujah!! Spring has sprung. We have moved into the beginning of post Covid times. Enjoy strolling through my shop. I have a lot of new pieces, especially for church celebrations this spring. May your heart be blessed with gratitude as we move forward into this year!

Welcome to Swallows Nest Pottery.

I've been working with clay for over 22 years. I guess I just love getting my hands into dirt! If I'm not in my studio working with clay, I'm out in my gardens on our 43 acre farm digging in the dirt, planting flowers and growing vegetables. For me, the most alluring quality of clay is its wonderfully soft surface that invites beautiful impressions. Each piece of my stoneware pottery is richly impressed with natural elements, vintage patterns or celtic symbols. My dishes have an heirloom quality which ensures that they will be passed down through families for generations. I also make a wide selection of Christian wall plaques, crosses, oil lamps and scriptural pots. Because of my Irish heritage, I incorporate celtic knots and designs into many of my pieces. The Swallows Nest studio and retail shop are nestled in our century old barn located in rural Missouri. I have been a licensed retail business since 1989. I have a good following of very loyal customers, and I treasure the relationships I have developed with my customers. I make YOU, my customer, a priority in my business. Most orders arrive in a nice gift box ready to give or enjoy yourself. Thank you for visiting Swallows Nest Pottery.

Thank you for your interest in Swallows Nest Pottery. I love working with clay, and I want my pieces to bring joy and beauty to each of my customers. The relationship I have with my customers is very important to me. I have been selling my art for over 30 years now as a licensed retail business in the state of Missouri, called The Swallows Nest. I can honestly say that I have never had an unhappy customer. I plan to continue that practice in selling on Etsy.

Typically your order will arrive in a nice gift box or gift packaging enclosed inside the shipping box.
