Frequently asked questions
JPEG or PDF File?
If you will be printing your files at a photo printer choose the JPEG options. For cardstock printing, choose PDF.
Do you offer printing?
Yes, please message me if you don't see a printing option for an item that you are interested in.
I need a color change, can I see before purchase?
While I do offer color changes on items, I do not make color changes before purchase.
Are your items with glitter, actual glitter?
No, it's just an image that imitates glitter. No special paper is needed to get the look.
Are your First Day of School Signs actual Chalkboards?
No, all first day of school signs are digital files. I do offer printing services. Please message me for a quote.
Do you offer editable files?
Some items in my shop are editable. Please read the listing description to see if the item is editable.
Can I make changes after file is sent?
Files are sent to you as print ready files so be sure to include all information. Once the file has been sent only minor changes can be made (Example: spelling error, grammar). Major changes do not include- but not limited to: resizing, creating a completely new theme, changing any text (not pertaining to the customer's custom info), rearranging or reworking the design, etc.
All minor changes must be made within 3 business days from the day the file was sent to avoid an additional fee. Files are not kept longer than 7 days. You will need to re purchase outside of the 7 days.
Do you offer font changes?
I don't offer font changes on any of my designs. Fonts examples are shown for each design.
