These are very pretty, and good quality. The wood edge is a unique and classy design touch. Especially pretty for those with short hair, or an up-do.

Fabric, paper and wood

Swans Crossing features my take on the conveyance of sentiments. By incorporating my love for fabric and pretty little embellishments and the written word, I have attempted to create something thoughtful and beautiful through custom greeting cards, fabric notebooks and fabric wall art. I love selecting my supplies and designing each piece that I create with my hands. It is a labor of love and I enjoy every second of it.

Welcome to Swans Crossing where you will find a variety of unique wooden post earrings, fiber jewelry, fabric & paper cards & hand embroidered wooden hoop art. Items with a touch of elegance, a little pretty embellishment, a few kind words and a whole lot of wonderful for a special person.

Majority of my handmade wooden post earrings showcase handmade paper designs which have an abstract asymmetrical look to them and which show natural fibers and inconsistent placement of glitter, shimmer, etc., adding to the charm that is handmade.

When I am not creating I dream of creating. I dream about combining colors and textures and different shapes and sizes to create something beautiful.

Refunds and Exchanges
I take pride in the items I design and create and I aim for 100% customer satisfaction. I am very easy to work with and I believe that with respect, patience and understanding we can accomplish anything.

Refunds:

Please contact me by using the blue "Contact" button within 7 days after receipt of merchandise if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to request a refund.

Any non custom item may be returned for a full refund within seven (7) days of receipt in its original unused condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipment must include tracking number that is provided to me for proof of return. Your refund amount will include your purchase price only without the original shipping fees. Refund will only be processed after the item has been received by me in its original condition which includes gift box(es) and other packaging material.

Steps to request a refund:
1) Contact me within seven calendar days of receiving your package
2) Return the item to me (you pay this shipping cost)
3) When the item is received, a refund will be issued for your original purchase cost minus original shipping cost.

Please understand that I cannot accept responsibility for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit and I do not refund for such. In this case, buyers must claim a refund from their postal carrier. Therefore I strongly suggest that buyers select an insured/tracked shipping option and be sure to obtain and retain proof of postage.

Items returned from outside the USA must be clearly marked on the customs label as "returned merchandise" so as not to cause import duty. Should I be required to pay such charges through failure to observe this condition, I won't have a choice but to deduct that amount from any refund regardless of the reason for return.

Lost/damaged items/packages:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that I may initiate the the insurance claims process. Photographs of the damaged item or return of the damaged item will be necessary. A claims statement/affidavit will also be required.

Due to delays in Customs, a international package can sometimes take up to 60 days to reach its destination. If your package hasn't arrived after 60 calendar days from the date it was mailed, please contact me immediately for information on how to file a claim. Domestic customers, please contact me if your package doesn't arrive after 21 calendar days from the date it was mailed. A claims statement/affidavit will be required.
